You’ve come to the right place! The Leadership Mastermind (TLM) is a 6-month program designed to level up your leadership - to transform your mindset and improve your skills, influence and impact!
Who is this for?
The Leadership Mastermind is for emerging leaders who are committed to their continued development and who are desirous in becoming a more effective leader. Also, if you are interested in the growth of others, and would like to make a meaningful impact in your organization, community, country and the world, this program is for you.
In order to maintain a close-knit, family-like atmosphere, the group is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. We meet by-weekly, for 6 months over zoom and stay connected via our facebook group to offer help and resources.
(The Masterminds runs 2 times per year - the next group begins February 6, 2024 @ 12 pm EST).

What to expect?
Led by certified executive coach, leadership and high performance expert, Dr. Floyd Spence, "TLM" is designed to be an empowering leadership development journey where, you will meet bi-weekly with other like-minded leaders to develop leadership skills, connect, grow and support one another on your unique leadership growth journey.
