The Resilience Factor

Peak and high performers in both business and sports have one thing in common – resilience. They may bend, but they won’t break. Knowing and applying resilience building skills in your life can take you from a life of just existing, to a life of thriving on a personal and professional level. “The resilience factor,” training program is for leaders and action takers who want to build mental toughness and thrive during difficulties.

The training is based on the principles: that human resilience is adapting to and thriving in difficult life experiences; and that being driven by purpose is the energy that fuels individuals, organizations and businesses towards the fulfillment of their ideals.

This program is interactive, inspiring and informative. Participants will learn through conversation, experiential exercises and information sharing.
