What is High Performance Coaching?
High Performance Coaching is the process of developing your natural ability, by navigating the internal and external barriers that prevent you from achieving your full potential. The overall approaches and techniques used in performance coaching are borrowed from the worlds of sport and the military – areas where optimal performance is key. During this coaching approach, you will be given the opportunity to explore your motivation and the internal and external barriers to your success.
How High Performance Coaching Works
During the process of High Performance Coaching you will be taken through the following steps:
Step 1 – Self-awareness
First you will be assisted in assessing your level of motivation and help you to establish a vision of the future you hope to create. We will assist you in creating awareness around existing internal and external barriers that impact your motivation and being your best.
Step 2 – Optimization
After helping you visualize where you or your team would like to be, you will then be assisted in setting audacious goals (short term, medium term and long term) and develop strategies to produce the results you want to achieve. You will also be assisted in developing the appropriate remedies to deal with any existing barriers that maybe impeding your desired success.
Step 3 – Action
After developing a plan with your goals and strategies, we will support you in taking the relevant action steps, to ensure every minute of your day is maximized, with you getting the best of what life has to offer.
Step 4 – Review
Last but not lease, you will be assisted in the reviewing of your progress, given feedback so that you can revise your plan as needed. This process will then be repeated from step 1 to Step 4 until optimum performance is realized.

- 12 sessions of 60 minutes each for 6 months of individual Coaching for team leader and team of 5 – 10 members.
- 2 sessions per month, per team member and leader.
- 2 weekly email exchanges if desired.
One To One Plus Assessment:
- Ideal for executives who want to take their career from good to great.
- 12 sessions of 50 minutes each, distributed as required over six months.
- 2 weekly email exchanges if desired.
- Assessment for greater self-awareness using the DISC personal assessment tool.
